My background is 33 years in Organization Development and Training in Ontario, Canada in the Petrochemical and Automotive industries. I am certified in DDI Interaction Management; team building; Neurolinguistic Programming; Personality Dimensions/True Colors; performance development coaching/counselling for peak performance. I designed and delivered an 8 hr. workshop in Preventing Workplace Violence, Harassment, and Bullying; as well as an Emotional Intelligence workshop; taught active listening skills, conflict management, assertiveness, managing and leading change, building and sustaining trust, working in teams.
I also had my own holistic health practice in Canada. I am a 3rd. Degree and Karuna Reiki Master; certified in Access Bars, Blue Matrix Energetics, and Crystal Healing.
